Excessive worrying, constant anxiety, and intrusive thoughts after having a baby can be isolating — but they don't have to be.


Our 12-week postpartum OCD therapy group provides compassionate, evidence-based care for parents navigating OCD, anxiety, and intrusive thoughts.


Built on a foundation of ERP and ACT principles, the group will help participants sift through the "noise" and reconnect with what matters. The group is a safe and warm space that supports parents tackling intrusive thoughts and intense anxiety.
