We help people with OCD & Anxiety... And have fun doing it!

OCD DC is a small, private-pay practice that provides psychotherapy and related services to individuals and families impacted by OCD & Anxiety in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. We work with individuals and families of all ages, as well as individuals identifying as Autistic/Neurodivergent.

OCD DC values
quality over quantity when it comes to client care. The culture at OCD DC is one of collaboration, connection, creativity, compassion, and authenticity. Staff will be part of a growing and supportive team that embodies a growth mindset.

I am looking for a licensed or soon-to-be licensed clinician (LCSW-C, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC, LGMFT, LMFT, PsyD, Phd) with a strong background in CBT, ERP, and/or ACT. Backgrounds in other modalities will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Clinicians must be eligible for licensure in Maryland, DC, or Virginia. Once established, the therapist will maintain a caseload between 15 and 25 clinical hours a week. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about providing evidence-based care to those impacted by OCD & Anxiety. While it is not necessary to have any experience working with individuals with this population, it is important that the candidate is open-minded and willing to learn. The ideal applicant will also value being part of a collaborative team, and will want to primarily focus on clinical work rather than business-related tasks.
